What to check in a t-shirt stock lot
GSM — fabric weight. Lighter tees are often around 140–160 GSM, heavier ones 180 GSM and up.
Fabric — 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blend (CVC) or polyester.
Size ratio — how many pieces of each size; a lot heavy on one size may not suit your market.
Colours — solid colours sell more easily than mixed prints.
Labels — branded surplus may carry labels; check the import rules in your country.
Packing — pieces per polybag and per carton.
